Each passenger is entitled to take one piece of soft structured luggage, max weight limit is 15kgs each plus carry-on (backpack) due to the Cessna Grand Caravan weight restrictions. WAA can provide you with specific regulations on request.

Most of our itineraries commence with a transfer from a nominated airport to a destination, or via a meet and greet on Day 1 …you will know ultimately all your travel companions by day 1.

Travel documents will be sent to you 14 days prior to departure by Australian Post and/or Electronically via Email.

West Aussie Adventures has full access to all Broome and Kimberley activities and tours, ask your WAA consultant for a brochure. Your Qantas/Broome flight will be shifted or reduced to cater an amended itinerary, additional costs may apply due to the airline availability & costing at the time of re-quote.

Accommodation upgrades are available for Mantarays Ningaloo and Broome Eco Resort, ask your WAA consultant at the time of booking for availability & costs.

Your WAAs consultant will ask you for any requirements pertaining to your Health & Fitness during your booking process. A questionnaire may be required to be completed, which you will be advised. Body weights will be required for this departure due to limited aircraft weight restrictions with Polar Aviation.

Most tours require a reasonable level of fitness to be able to walk on sightseeing trips, navigate along uneven ground and should be able to walk unaided for up to 1.5km. Karijini will see you visit remote areas and feature activities with varying degrees of difficulty and a good level of fitness is essential for you to undertake walks in hot conditions and over terrain with uneven and slippery surfaces. Some walks may require you to clamber over boulders up to one metre high. It is your responsibility to carry any medication you require for the tour’s duration and consult your local medical practitioner for any health advice. The Royal Flying Doctor Service is available all destinations in case of an emergency at your cost/insurance and Medicare applies with all Australian Travel.

WAA recommends taking Bus route 380 from the Perth city to Terminal 1/2 for REX Airways (Regional Express) or Bus route 40 T3/4 for Qantas otherwise Taxi/uBer.

Mobile calls are the same price no matter where you come from within Australia, Telstra has the best coverage for your travel region. Wi-Fi may be supplied and/or limited within each property. The bush is remote and communications can be limited in some areas and at times complimentary and other times at a cost. (also check your carrier for network coverage) There are no USB Ports with Polar Aviation.
